Making Charges: Please note, making charges are non-refundable. Sustainability Note: As we do not keep inventory, returned products are responsibly broken down—gold is melted and reused, and diamonds are reset into new designs.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The item must be unused and unworn. It must be returned in its original packaging, along with the certificate of authenticity and any included accessories. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must not be customized or engraved (custom pieces are non-returnable). Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refundable amount (excluding making charges) will be processed.
