01Returns & Resizing Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

02Returns Conditions

The item must be unused and unworn.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with the certificate of authenticity and any included accessories.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must not be customized or engraved (custom pieces are non-returnable).
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

03Exchanges

No Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges on any products.

04Resizing

Resizing: We provide free resizing for rings (one-time only).

05Making Charges

Making charges are non-refundable.

06Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refundable amount (excluding making charges) will be processed.

Sustainability note: as we do not keep inventory, returned products are responsibly handled — gold is melted and reused, and diamonds are reset into new designs.
